Patrick M. Topp, RN, MHSA
Executive Director
Patrick has been an RN since 1991, to augment his BS in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. He entered into the home health industry in March of 1994 working in the Orlando, Florida market until February of 1999. At that point Patrick relocated to Milwaukee, WI where he remained in the home health space until relocating back to Florida in November of 2021 to lead Interim HealthCare of the West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie. Patrick has held positions from a field case manager, Business development, Regional Clinical/Operational Director, Executive Director and CEO of home health care agencies. Patrick resides in Port St. Lucie, FL which is close to his hometown of Vero Beach, FL. His philosophy for operating a team in the home health space is based on providing excellent clinical care, phenomenal customer service and exceptional clinical outcomes that is based on our patient and client needs.

Lee Borellis
Transition Care Manager
Graduating from Notre Dame with a BS in Chemical Engineering Lee started his career as a process engineer for Dow Chemical. After a few years he returned to graduate school and, on a Dow Scholarship, got an Master’s in Business at Purdue University. Returning to Dow he worked as a marketing rep in Houston, moving to New York as a senior rep working with corporate accounts. He then worked as a Chemical Analysts’ for Bankers Trust in NYC, subsequently returning to the Chemical industry with Tenneco Chemicals as a Product Manager, then Director of Marketing for PVC products. With his experience in business and plastics, he started a building products plastics fabrication company, Ultra Building Products, which he later sold to venture cap firm Care Free Products.
After a brief retirement, he returned to business, starting a new home health nurse registry – Treasure Coast Home Health Care. Selling this business to Caring People, after a brief period with them, he went to work for Interim HealthCare as a Transition Care manager – his current position.

Misty has over 18 years of diverse experience in healthcare roles. She has a background in nursing, sales, and agency management. She specializes in business development and management. She goes out of her way to help make sure that everyone from clients, family members and team members are happy and considers making sure that her team members have everything needed to be successful her greatest role. She is always available for her team, patients, or family members to talk, assist, get advice or to just get frustration off your chest.
Being an Army wife, daughter, and mother, she is strong advocate for the veterans of her community. She makes sure that veterans get every assistance that is available to them.
She loves her job, her team and helping people. She feels it is her greatest joy to give back to her community seniors and veterans in need.
